In light of the M2 vs Porsche 718s Boxster thread and not wanting to hi-jack the basis of the thread..... I came across this which is quite interesting....

My verdict on the RS is pending the price in RSA.

I think they might do the same as the Ford Mustang and Honda Civic Type R and price it right out of the game... if they can price the RS around the R600k mark, it will clean up the market. Alas, i think R700k+ is on the cards for the greedy SA market.

Saw this video last night and was my thinking as well. Pity the RS has the same interior quality wise as the ST. Would have been nice if Ford made the effort to make it a bit nicer. Blue stitching doesn't quite cut it.

Kinda agree, however there are no additional choices on the M2 interior as well.

Those were imported in limited numbers, hence the reason it keeps resale value so mentally good
