Buying spares/items from another Bmwfanatic

Hi Guys

Is there a safe way to buy items/spares/parts from another Bmwfanatic in another province? Some of us we haven't meet especially with other province Bmwfanatics, please advice or share your experience. Thanks in advance

As mentioned there's always risk involved...
I'm a trusting individual, i normally look at the guys rep...he's doesn't have 1 post and then a "sale"
I've transacted purchases made with forum members with no problems!

There is always a risk.

However, having said that, I bought rims in Gauteng from a member i have never met, and it was sent down to Cape Town by another forum member I have never met in person.

All went down without a single glitch.

i have bought loads from other fanatics never had a problem... if the person is well known on the forum you have very little risk as far as im concerned...

if its someone with 5 posts that never spends any time here then i would think twice...

I also purchased from KZN and people from CPT purchased from me. No problemo.

Thanks guys for all your replies, it turned out that the ignition coils for 2004 e46 won't work on the e36 320i/325i so the deal is off.

@Touring GP - the seller is Bemused in Cape Town, he have de ignition coils for the e46 each for R80
