You guys gonna love the official response ... " Those that seen my car"

" With reference to your meeting with the BMW representatives on 7 January 2013, we can confirm that there were no inconsistencies found in the paintwork and to be within specification. This further confirms that no panel work was carried out on the vechicle as there is no evidence of related repairs or panel replacement

The panel gaps was also inspected and found to be within specification and allowable tolerances, for your satisfaction we will be happy to facilitate that the panel alignment be adjusted together with investigating the wind noise, misty headlight and rear interior light LED not displaying. At this time your concern surrounding the Sport Mode setting in the I-Drive screen selection can also be investigated and addressed. " etc

I posted on BMW SA's FB page.

I replied to BMW SA's email saying I want the MD n the board of directors to inspect the car and tell me it conforms to BMW standards.

well tell them we will let the general public decide on BMW's New standards. So the must mtake the loss if less people decide to buyBMW because Ford has better standards.

Hz, besides going legal and public in a BIG way, I'd leave the car with Supertech ie: hand the car back to them. I'd also get the finance institute involved on the basis that they have unknownly financed an inferior car for you. You have to be ruthless and 'perform' as much as it takes. Try to get the bank to 'cancel' the deal, even if you have to take a loss.

Email everybody you can connected to BMW worldwide and all BMW forums, coping/send the links to BMW for their perusal.

Good luck...
