Hi, small update:
So back in January a couple of friends (Qualified mechanics and enthusiast) help me to put my motor together.
I imported a ARP Stretch gauge and a ring compressor, I bought a snap on extension for the rod bolts. we could then stretch to correct length.
This time we had all parts measured by an engineering shop and we used Plastigauge to double check (I mean we checked and checked again)
It took us two days to put the motor together, this time I used brand new Manley Rods.
Luckily I had a set of brand new rings that were gapped for the 2nd CSS Block I received as a replacement.
BMW gave me a brand new crank and I used OEM Main bearings and every other part needed besides Head studs (ARP) and Big end bearings (ACL Race bearings)
The car has done 3000km and 3 oil changes (Break in oil +120km) (Motul X-cess +- 1500km) and the car is on Motul X-cess gen 2
After initial logging on E85 we killed the clutch, I could still drive the car but could not put all the power down, I had to order a service kit from Australia through Karter performance.
The clutch required 1000km break in, that was painful.
On top of the I fitted a brand new JB4 and PI Controller, Today I upgraded the LPFP (Brand new bucket with 450 in from Precision Race works)
the car now has a 450 in the bucket and a 450 on a bracket with space for one more 450 (I have one going to test to see if it needs it)
The other major thing I did on the fueling side was to install a new filter and delete the in tank regulator, this has resulted in a 85 to 90 psi LPFP on the logs (Regulated with a AEM external boost reference regulator)
The car still needs a bit of work to finish it off but it is a monster, The turbos are in to be refreshed and try find bigger wheels then she will rock.
We had the car on E85 30 PSI 14 degree timing, Busy getting WMI to work correctly (using a external controller not a FSB)
The car will be going on sale, not because I don't want it because I am emigrating, If I don't get my price it will go with.

I think this car is fully capable of 100 to 200 in 4.5sec if I install a DCT and complete the tune
