Bike COR

Hi Guys,

Does anybody know the minimal requirements for motorcycle COR.

Is a tool set needed?
Does the numberplate have to be mounted on a OEM holder
etc.

In addition does anyone have a place they would recommend that I could get this done around the Midrand, Randburg, or Fourways area?

I did my scooter in Stryjdom park, (behind Linex) was R300. I didnt have tool set. Did have a number plate mounted on std bike plastic, but not this new regulation stuff.

Dekra next to dent doctor old pretoria rd. No need for toolset. Numberplate needs to be mounted though. They just check that all lights are working and vin on frame.
