So I guess my 'surprising' comment was a subtle show of support for the banned valuable member. Given that all the details are probably not known, but personally I think that we really need to be thick skinned...
I will not comment/hint/express on this issue again.
On a more pleasant side note:
In the middle of this response, I got a call from my dealer indicating that my vehicle just arrived at the dealership. This will be my first factory turbocharged M car and I will be back in a BMW since I wrote off my turbocharged E46 M3 in early 2011.
This community will be important to me going forward.

We are all BMW fans and love seeing build threads and recon threads. Hence we love having people like Gizmo and Peter on the forum.
As with these matters and Gizmo being a long time member of the forum and an advertiser we do expect a higher degree of care when engaging with the forum. Be that as it may we do hope to see him back here soon with lots of build threads. I do also think this is not that proper place to discuss this now.
As for Mr Twain the Pain, he is a new member (as initially thought) and im glad to see fellow members doing what is necessary to protect the vibe of the forum. As we have further evidence now that he has in fact been previously registered it will be dealt with accordingly.

So this dude tried a honey pot trick to get people to contact a fake police man, maybe to intimidate witnesses, what the heck is going on?
On a side note, it would be very sad to see Gizmo permanently gone, those kind of knowledgeable and helpful people are few and far between, hope you guys can sort it out and get him back on the forum.

Nothing permanent from our side on Gizmo's ban. Basically the equivalent of a time out. As already stated above his info and contributions is invaluable to this forum and he is welcomed back with open arms once the ban is lifted
Hello everyone. This guy and the father in law are con artists including the girlfriend. I was conned of alot of money by this guy and I know where he lives with the girlfriend in Bedfordview but later the girlfriend said they are not together anymore.
I had a court case against this con artist which I won and if anyone is looking for justice, lets work together to bring this thief down. What he took from me was alot but ran away when he saw he was loosing the case. There is alot I cant disclose here like I said anyone who need justice is welcome

Those cars belongs to the father inlaw who is fully aware of what he is doing and support him

Good on you for actually doing something, instead of just complaining on the internet about it. There are tons on info in this thread of people that have been conned (consider to read from start to finish and reach out to other victims?). His associates name and Facebook is Jenilee Whittaker
The accused is still very much active on Social Media, which leads me to believe he isn't really concerned with these accusations.
