Hi Guys,
Continuation from Here
Not much on the cosmetic side has changed.
Some mechanical items have been ticked off the list and a few more to be completed soon.
Thermostat gave up on my way to the BMW Car Clubs Concourse last weekend:
Thermostat replaced.
Thermostat housing changed to the Aluminium one.
Driver side window mechanism replaced
For convenience, i replaced the JVC Head Unit with an Alpine, i need USB in my life. Its just so much easier.
While the head unit was being changed, i had the rear parcel shelf covered in black fabric as the parcel shelf was gone purple due to the sun. Also, installed a pair of Kenwood 6x9's for a little better sound.
Fitted the GP registration plates and disk, here's my disk holder:
Random Pic:
Today, i swapped the side markers, as they were the wrong way. I replaced all H1 headlight and fog bulbs as some were not working. Removed the roof racks as well. Then, gave it a weekly wash.
At the end of the month, she will go in for:
Sump Seal
Tie Rod Ends
Coil Overs
Thereafter i want to send the Hockenheims in for a refurb. They are straight, but i want them to be Gloss White with a high polished lip.
Enjoy!
