Thanks guys. Car was towed to the assessment center yesterday, waiting to hear the verdict. Hope its not too expensive to fix as the car is insured for R35 000.

I promise you, it felt as if it was dropped there as i drove off. I did not see it at all.

Turns out the owner of the bakkie is my neighbor who moved in over the weekend. Insurance has made contact and is sorting him out as well.

If i hadnt went through the process or buying some items for the current bumper, i probably would have went msport. But, lets see. Maybe i will.

Waiting for the assessors report.

Quote is back, R18 000 damage. Fender, Bumper, Headlight, Indicator will be replaced with OEM new parts.
Bonnet will be repaired and all painted etc.

Insurance has given the go ahead on the repairs. Just waiting for a date to collect.

As a comparison:

I would need,
1. Some magic work on the bumper. Perhaps some black paint to hide the centre grills on the bumper.
2. I have purchased a front lip for the non-M bumper, its very similiar to the one in Fuzz pic. I will just need to get it painted.
3. Sideskirts
4. Thicker side beedings
5. LOW
