Spent all day at the Air Con place, a large stack of notes later and I now have a working AC! Well, mostly, the ducting is fucked so the air comes out near the gear lever <face palm!> but it is 7 degrees cold, so win there.

Recon Compressor
New piping
New receiver dryer
Refurbed condensor

I watched the spanner monkey take an hour to put in 1 compressor bolt, no lies. Think he was doing it on purpose. Need to go back next week to have a new pipe fitted as the new ones don't clear the washer bottle and hope fully figure the ducting out!

Tomorrow another update!!

Two steps forward, one step back!!

Replaced the fuel filter and pump today, fixed a small blow on exhaust and skwif fog light. Replaced Tank pump gasket and removed sender unit that was rusted on the shaft and promptly broke the fkn thing! Aaaargh. In tank pump broken too. Found the hard start when cold problem though...

Hey Skank, looking amazing:thumbs: Does the car often park in an open lot opposite Sandton City. Last week I spotted a red shark there and the spotted it along Sandton drive later that week.
If I was in my shark I would have turned around and tried to catch it/you.
