In situations like that - I think its a case of kill or be killed.

Although, law states you cant kill for property - property gets second place over life....so that man has got to prove that his life was in danger - at the end of the day, 2 thugs possibly armed, approching my vehicle, will see the same fate...I would answer the questions later!

They got what was coming to them....perhaps too much lead in their diet??

Just to add to this I live in bakerton springs and across the road from my flat on Monday evening I heard what sounded like a gunshot, ignored it a few min later hear sirens etc, I look out the window and the road is blocked off with police and paramedics there, sadly for this criminal they had robbed a cafe on the corner and whilst running out the shop the criminal that had a gun on him didn't realize the guy running behind him was his friend and had thought it was shop owner or shopper chasing him, as he was running he shot his criminal friend in the throat killing him. And another one of the criminals were caught :thumbs: just thought I would add to the above news
