I wonder though how the occupant of the ML actually managed to shoot the driver of the golf, he would have had to have been out of his vehicle, or how the bodies ended up the way they did, with no blood.

Im sure the guy is meant to be charged as due process but after the court cases and stories are brought forward the guy will be found in the right.

The law states the every person has the rite to life, if someone trys to take your life or you feel in danger you have the rite to use lethal force.
