Today's update: First thing this morning I finished up with the oil filter housing gasket. Then replaced the leaking power steering hose. After that I stripped the alternator down and removed the noisy bearings, got replacements from Bearing Man for R150, installed those and reassembled the alternator and reinstalled into the car. Same time I replaced the idler and tensioner pulley and then tackled the tappet cover gasket, it was the original from 2004 which was really impressive. While I was there I installed new spark plugs, old ones all even burning.
Onto pics.
The car feels and drives better every day, seriously enjoying driving her lately. Now that all under the hood is perfectly quiet its even better.:chef:
