Yup I reused all the old bolts and nuts, they are still in pretty good condition, some surface oxidation but no corrosion.

No pre-load as of yet, plan to install everything and then do it all at once.

Got new rear wheel bearings and the associated locking hardware. Also got four CV repair kits for the side shaft CVs.

With the struts in I pre-loaded the rear suspension, bled the rear brakes, adjusted the handbrake, and refitted the prop shaft heat shields and exhaust.

The suspension rebuild is done, currently it is sharing daily duties with my M3 while I finish up work on the 330i.

Next up (though this is always subject to change) is a rebuild of all the power steering hoses.

Good to hear she is back on the road, what suspension setup are you using and how is the ride compared to stock? I also need to tackle my power steering hoses, but for now its easier to just top it up every other month

H&R springs with Bilstein B6's, I would say the ride is very close to stock it is complaint enough as a 5 series should be but not overly so.

Apart from this front is mostly Meyle parts (will see how they last), rear pitman arms are also meyle. ARB bushes and trailing arm bushes are poly, and the rest of the stuff is OEM.
