Which one to get

I'm looking to buy an F30 , 328i or 330d or maybe a 320d too - I know most of you would say 330d , but it is a steep price tag so what would you say about a 328i?
Power wise? tone? the fact it not being a 6 cylinder .Anybody with a 328i could tell me?
Maybe even an opinion on the 320d?
I've had an E90 330d and loved the feel on that what would be in the class of that
Also what is the difference in the M-sport packs compared to sportline which would you say is best to look at?

Test drives would go a long way to help decide which engine you could live with.

M-sport pack is similar to that of the E90 - aggressive bumpers and wheels and other more subtle touches. Most agree that F30 in M-sport guise is the best looking.

330d. Torque and fuel consumption. I would be bold enough to say bang for buck the F30 330d is the best car on the market. The 328i is great, so test drive. I may be wrong, but I think a 328i manual will be a lot more fun to drive than a 330d, but a 330d will be much easier to drive and drive fast. Also overtaking in a 330d will be much easier.

I have not driven a F30 330D but drove a E90 320D and E90 325i and if there could be any comparison between them id say the 320D was a much harder drive compared to the 325i.

Then again when i drove a F30 328i it was a better drive than the E90 335i :fencelook: so best to drive all of the above and decide.

F30 330d for me is the best 'daily' 3er to get besides the 335i :thumbs: 320d is too low on power in stock form, needs a DP and some SW to be a fun daily IMO..

Engine size is your preference but all BMWs should come as an ///M Sport.
The seating contours and general feel of the car is very different to that of the SE models

whatever you decide make sure its an Msport

i would go with the 320i or the 330d.

Depending on what your budget is, the 320d is not an option. I test drove the 328 and 330d and found both to be great cars. 330d didn't sound like a diesel. :thumbs:

If you after the fuel saving take the diesel (which ever one you can afford), but personally I would take the 328 and slap on some extras. There's just something about seeing the 328i that pleases me more than the 330d
