I recommend Tune Tech for all BMW's and MINI's. These are the only guys that I let touch my car. They are very professional, only repair BMW products and they are decently priced too. After being recommended to take my car to Tune Tech, I will never visit a BMW dealer ever again. There is no comparison.

Not a dealership, but I have been dealing with BMWSA lately, and they are fecking useless. Eventually had to threaten contacting Bodo to get a response.

I would like to give Centurion Leo Haese a +1.

Took the car in yesterday and made it very clear that i was in no mood to be f*(#ed with, with regards to my issues.

They had to drop the wife at work on that morning cause no courtesy car.
They kept me up to date through the day and at 1400 they realised the car might not be finished in time, and then organized a car for us to use until they were finished.

They wanted me there this morning to drive it, with their chief mechanic, and check it out before they release it. (They apparently don't want me back there any time soon:roflol:)
They rebalanced the wheels, N0 more vibration:thumbs:
They had to clean the brake disk and pads of some sort of epoxy,No more Squeek:thumbs:
They went over the whole suspension setup and re-torqued averything and checked all bushings and shocks. NO more floating:thumbs:

All and all a fantastic experience from the crew at Leo Haese Centurion.

+ 1 for Fordsdicks Pinetown.
They've done all my servicing. First with the 320D, now with the 135i.
They even fitted the Performance kit to my 135i, it was the first one they had done. I had no issues with them.
Service adviser is Rutesh.
Everyone from service adviser to workshop manager are aewsome, assist with everything, and also supply constant feed back.
I called Rutesh the other day with regards to the BMW recall, he helped me as much as possible right there and then. He even called back the following day to reconfirm what he had told me.
My only worry with them, i discussed adding a few bits to the car, which motorplan wouldnt like. And i dont think they'll turn a blind eye. Not so cool.

But still +1.

Autobahn BMW is awesome. Gareth in used cars, Kate in new cars, Donald in service.

Ok so I got the car back on the same day from Autobahn Isando. I asked them to also look at my bluetooth which they replied they will need more time and I will have to bring the car back.

I must say they did give me feedback constantly during the day.

I got to the dealership at around 17h00 and had to wait because the car was not ready yet. The car eventually arrived unwashed so was not too happy about that.

Overall compared with other dealerships this one does fair better.

Oh, by the way my bluetooth suddenly works!!!

So, so far Autobahn Isando +1.

Hi Guys,

Has anybody taken their vehicles with any mods to any of the Gauteng dealerships that's recommended here and still been serviced?

Thanks

Take off all mods before services. We cannot expect dealerships to service modded cars under MP.
