I went to CT in December, ran out of a/c gas.
Spent the long wkd without a/c, everyone closed. Took my car in on Tuesday morning to Auric Auto, they tell me they can't help me and i must make a booking for the following day.
This after me telling them they i needed to leave CT the previous day already, but couldn't drive back to JHB without an a/c.
Drove to Auto Atlantic, chatted to Geraldine, car was immediately booked in, enjoyed a relaxing wait in the coffee area for my lift to UCT.
Was picked up from UCT and a/c regassed - alls cool again

well was very happy with club motors fountains today.
car went in for a oil service,light came on two weeks ago,wife had to take it in as i was told late last night i had to be at work at 6am.
they were major busy,queue went down the road,but all was handled well and quickly,and coffee and tea for my wife and son,and then a lift home.
after work,picked up the familly and raced straight to bmw to pick up the car,when i got there,was amazed to see that they had parked the car for everybody to see,in the shade behind a white m3.
and even more shocking was how they,bmw personal loved what i had done with the rims and lights.
so thank you club motors fountains:thumbs:,for this i give you another +1

SMG cape Town rocks, what great service. I again had the pleasure of taking my car there for a service and front breaks. The fitted me in and had my car done early so can still enjoy my holiday.

I haven't dealt with many BMW dealerships but the service I receive from Joburg City Auto is superb. Andrew (sales agent) and Aubrey (After sales) always go the extra mile. I've called them on weekends and at odd times and they always make the time for whatever stupid questions I have.
