Forsdicks Sandton is usually pretty good for service related issues, with the exception of the last occasion. It's taken me a month to get a refund on a prop shaft bearing that was never fitted to a car as I traded the vehicle in :argh:
In terms of sales, I was disappointed with Lyndhurst wrt my last purchase. But what can I say, when you buy second hand, you don't have a choice on the dealership. As the customer, I've made more calls to the dealership then they have to me and this was to facilitate the purchase of a car they were selling :argh:
Makes no sense at all and to top it off I've had to contact them to find out when my vehicle registration was complete, with absolutely no follow-ups from the dealership :thumbdo:
