Please excuse my ignorance - I assume my current runflats would be compatible with these wheels?

Im also concerned about this will the Run Flat Sensors work with theses rims?? And will stock RFT from BMW 18" fit?

Very keen on this. Sorry for the late entry. Interested in VMR VB3 in 19. Want the 19x10 also. Not sure what offset's etc, its for an E90 M3
