This is really cool.

What are your plans with the M5? Are you planning on doing another engine swap in it? 2JZ/VR38/RB26 maybe? :smilebounce:

Should have just gone straight and put a 2jz in the 135.. that would have been crazy

Congrats for persevering with this project! It is an immensely time and cost consuming exercise so well done for making it this far. You have everyone's attention and im sure its making many a people jealous and envious including me!

I've always been a fan of the S85 swap and can't complain about anything, just happy that someone had the balls to actually do it in SA despite what it may have cost. Using a fully functional M5 is actually a no brianer as you know all the modules work and the body is unmolested unlike an accident damaged car that could cost more to diagnose and fix in the long run.

As for the 2jz comments... really? I thought this was a BMW forum ;)

Just keep on trucking with your build I for one am extremely excited to see the successful outcome of your build!

Wishing you all the best in 2019 and as minimal a hurdle to the completion of your build!
