Urgent e34 advice needed

Hey guys. Going to have a look at a 540i manual 6 speed tomorrow morning. Not clued up about these cars at all.

What should I be looking out for? And what would decent market value be on a '94 model in good to very good condition?

I've got a 2003 540i, with 140000km, the car is in mint condition with a sunroof and the bbs look alike bmw wheels. It's a Auto, the gearbox is as smooth as any new auto bmw. Let me know if you would be interested.
