hi guys so who can i contact in johannesburg for a piggy back on my e92 325i ?

Hi, I won't recommend a piggy back on a e92 325i. Being NA the gains are no where near as good as a forced induction vehicle, therefore in most cases it's not a good idea to do the software on a NA.

Lucky for you there is some power to be extracted from the 325 via a proper remap with accompanying hard changes.

I suggest you go with one of the forum sponsors for a remap, like Xcede. They have done many NA BMWs and they are healthy. I suggest you do a de-cat or if your budget allows a full exhaust including new headers and a induction system or high performance air filter. If you vehicle is still under motorplan, i'd stay way from the hardware but then it's pointless just doing the remap.

P.S Moving to the coast will give you more power than a piggyback or remap :roflol:

I've seen the BMW performance intake that makes a different, but its expensive. I wouldn't really worry about a few kw gain which is so small you won't feel. Stick with the performance filter.

Are you doing the headers (branches) as well? Really wakes the car up...

Hey buddy, what kinda exhaust is it? And what size did you go with? And is it mandrel bent? Sorry for the questions I'm actually interested in fitting a full mandrel bent system for my e90 330i, I'm in Cape Town though

howsit bru, its a cowley stainless steel system - im not sure about it being mandrel bent (clueless about what that means) and as it is for the size im not sure either - however what i can do is ask the guys that did it for me and ill get back to you asap.
