turbo oil leak

good day fanatics

i have 320d E46 2002 model. the turbo start to leak oil and to replace with the new one is very expensive. I just want to know is it fixable or can you please organise a working used one. I stay in bellville. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.

Check out my current build. There is a link for a rebuild kit. :thumbsup: It will be a good investment to do the kit and maybe change out the breather valve too.

I'm not going to go the recon route as my turbo is too far gone already. Jenny in Somerset does recons and sell new units for R6500 for the pre-facelift models. 021 853 8620. You can just say Herman referred you. :thumbsup:

As for the leak: What is your mileage? Has the turbo been done before?

my mileage is 199850 and i'm not sure because i bought in 2007 having 78560 so i haven't change it. thank you for the tel i'll definately give him a col. have a great weekend talk later:thumbsup:

Almost 200k, looks like it is time for turbo recon. You are lucky to get so many miles on that turbo. A lot of people are on 130000km and they are on their 3rd turbo already. I'm on 170k and mine just went.
