I definitely enjoy my Z4M, it is really special, and even though Z4s themselves are pretty dime a dozen, the M does differentiate itself without being gaudy or over the top.
As a kid I also thought more-more-more. But 250kw or so is plenty. I'm not even close to skilled enough to control this car at even 7 tenths.
i think I'll probably wait out the next few quarters and see what comes along. Right now I think taking on *such* a massive financial burden is a bit overboard. But this may be something I revisit more seriously in 6-9months.

Agreed, I've owned it for a few weeks now and still haven't driven it with the traction control off , for the money vs power vs driving experience vs how special it makes you feel , nothing comes close, it is a niche car indeed.
some will say im silly paying +R100k more for a car that looked the same and is maybe slightly better than the one I had , but as a petrol head these decisions are made with the heart not the head..
keep it for a few more months before you scratch the itch.
