Hey Revo

Firstly the car looks great even without the tints (I havnt read the whole thread).

What about smash and grab?

Thats tint and protection? We have it on all our cars and we have never had an issue.

Glad to hear you are going with the smash and grabs. We have over 5 cars with it on and its top notch.

My meeting went great (Excuse the state of my bakkie. Its been trashed by the previous idiot rep fool). Mr Robertson was very receptive about our products (Consumables) and surprisingly said he didnt have any issues with sludging... Ya..... :hammerhead:

But nontheless. Was a good meeting. Im very impressed with the Mini Showroom. Looks great and the new Z4 looks hottt in real life.

You dont work for BMW do you? Cos it looks like BMW owns that entire building :mmm:

Hey

Great minds think alike. I have already made contact with BMW Technical. They are desperate for a solution.

Meeting is being set up as we speak

Doesn't that look like a pair of 80's style mirror aviator sunglasses? I hate those shiny tints....as proudly displayed in Despatch, Danville, Goodwood, Boksburg and other choice venues frequented by the "Tappet" fraternity.....

Bwahahahahahah! so true! although they have a few different shades IIRC. A friend of mine had his wifes polo done a few years back, in 35%, and it looked just like the 35% S&G I had on my car - no mirror effect...

I have al round 35% but have a beige interior...so hard to notice the diff between 20, 35, 45 sunroof is 20%. One of my other cars is also 35% all round and was done by the dealer on purchase...no one seems to care anymore

They used to have a card that they put on the inside of your windows and if they couldnt read it then it was too dark. We have 20%(1 darker than 35% legal) on the E46 and have had it since January. only time I was pulled over was when I pulled a U turn with traction control off and spinning tires from the start, at a robot that had a no u turn sign and a cop at the opposite robot(I didnt see him). He thought I was trying to get away from him so pulled me over at gun point saying I looked suspicious due to dark windows and crazy driving. but other than that nobody cares so much these days as to what tint you have. Just open all your windows when going through a road block and sunroof to let more light into the car
