Originally started off looking for a 06 car with approx 50 000km for R150 000, I ended up going for a new car.
Some good discounts to be had at present - managed to get over R40 000 off list price.

Wife is very happy, guarranteed blow jobs for at least the next year :excited: (might even ask for a 3some while the going is good:censored:)

Looks great m8! I was also interested in a mini when I started looking for a car about 2-3 months ago, but it was just too small. No leg room behind me when I'm sitting comfortably, I mean none.

Great savings indeed.

If looked after, they are fantastic cars.

My moms is a 2004 model which she got new, and we have not had a day's hassle with it, not even so much as a lightbulb needing replacement. Its only done 35,000Km but the age is also a factor here.

Wife must be over the moon with it, and I must admit that I do like taking the Mini out for a run on occasion, and that S much be potent.

As you eluded to, no sleeping on the couch for a while for you, you should take advantage and arrange a couple of boys night outs.

And I like those mags

How did I miss this??

Congrats on the new car! That looks stunning.

One white the Union Jack on the roof and mirrors tends to look very delicious.

Thanks to all for the +ve comments.
Have to say, this 1.6T really is a gem of a motor. Huge amounts of mid range torque makes it very driveable. Still running it in , so haven't revved it past 4500rpm yet. All that said, too much power is never enough, I'm keen on the JCW engine upgrade, adds another 20hp and 20Nm more torque for about R20k:mmm:, still thats the price of a factory approved mod. Not planned for the immediate future though, maybe in a years time, unless the cash in transit heist business picks up in the short term.

Drove it into Durban yesterday, not hanging around and it still averaged 6.3L/100km. With a lot of down driving, the overall trip showed a 7.0L/100km.
Here is the stripe theme I'm looking at.

Dont do the stripes.

My MC S is blue with a white roof and mirrors. I have all the black covers on the wheel arches and bumpers colour coded. Looks nice and clean.

Will post some pics.

BTW - nice car !
