Hey guys trust you all are well
So to cut to the chase so I bought this E90 320d N47 pre facelift
Originally bought the car with a suspected vacuum leak and a diesel leak
I attended to the diesel leak that’s sorted out
Then I started inspection of all the vacuum pipes I replaced everyone that was crooked or torn in anyway however the problem is still present .
The previous owner has the egr cooler blanked off and the swirl flaps deleted (came to find out this part after removing the intake for the usual carbon clean procedure and replaced whatever gaskets needed to be replaced).
So a description of what’s actually happening is the car doesn’t feel like it has any power up top (2000-2500 upwards) and going from stationary to hard acceleration is like a turd on red bull so basically nothing but at least trying .
Could this be the pressure converter or the intake temperature sensor or the MAF sensor
Oh and there is one vacuum pipe that’s long and was red in colour which I replaced but it’s been blanked previously and still currently and it doesn’t sound like there’s a vacuum leak anywhere
