The Fanatics Race Day | ODI | 26th July - Spectators

Hi Guys,
With a few days remaining, i hope all your preparations are going well and prove to be successful on Race Day.
Just a few pointers:
The track will open at 8am for racers, scrutinizing will begin promptly at 8am.
Spectator entry will open at 8:30am, please bare with us if you arrive earlier.
The pit area will be cordoned off for sponsors and race cars ONLY.
Spectators will be allowed to browse around the pit area and setup camp, we will prioritize space in the pit area for racers and sponsors.
Spectators parking will be pointed out when you enter. Please follow instructions. Please do not block anyone when parking.
Spectators will NOT be allowed into staging area, please be careful as the return lane into the pit area will have spectators standing around watching the cars at the start line.
Spectators to please stand behind all barriers. We do not want any unforeseen damages to you or ODI's race track.
Please see basic map below:
Racers will follow the black arrows in the image to enter the pit area. Only if you are registered to race will you be allowed into the pit area. Please keep pit crew vehicles to a minimum.
Racers, please note that you will be required to sign indemnity at the track. The reg table will be clearly marked and situated in the staging area.
Scrutinizing will shut down promptly at 11am, so please make sure you are at the track before this time. Our main aim is to allow racers enough race time, so get to the track early and make the most out of it.
At 12, we will stop racing and have an hour lunch break.
400m timed, heads up runs will begin at 1pm.
Race track will close at 3pm.
Racers will line up on a first come first serve basis, please do not hold space for anyone.
Prize giving will be at 3:30pm in the ODI lapa, situated in area marked as "Food" in the map above.
Throughout the day, if you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to the Registration table.
ODI will provide medical assistance.
Food and drinks will be sold by ODI, at their lapa.
Halaal food will be on sale as well by an independent caterer, it will be clearly marked as Halaal.
As off today, if you are registered to race but unable to attend the event, please do not allocate your spot to anyone. We have ordered trophies etc as per the current registration list.
Please take necessary precaution if your vehicle is under motor plan or for insurance purposes. Remove/Block numberplates and vin numbers accordingly.
Times will be announced (in English) after each run, they will be captured as well. We will also have a Mobi site setup for times to be posted on, racers have the link to this as it was sent out in the emails. We will have QR Codes placed at the track for your convenience as well. Results will be posted as soon as possible.
Lets aim to have fun more than anything else.
