Well I have some rather crazy questions but its all in the name of increasing my knowledge....

1. Will a strut brace make a difference in daily driving?
2.Where can I get lowering springs to drop the front of car by 40mm
3. Where can I Super White Fog lamp bulbs E46 330d?
4. Can some post pics of their HID headlights? And where can I get a good one from

Thnx Guys much appreciated....

1. Yes it will. Dont listen to the naysayers.
2. Dont do it. Only if you track the car. That is crazy low. You can get great results with much less like 15 - 25mm

Look for an used OEM xenon set - it's a fairly straight forward swap.

1. It depends on the type of daily driving you do :) but in general, no.

2. and 3. Import would be the best, as for the lowering kit, you will need to do it properly no cut or heated springs, or lowering kits like jamex etc. Best would be to search around the web.

4.

Best is OEM xenons, but you can also go for p46's (I think depo makes them) then you will get the projector look but light output is not so good, to fix that you can get them with FXR projectors, that are really good.

Hmmm ok so an option is oem xenons... what about the HID kits... and I need the super white fogs?

HID kit is a big no-no in normal reflector headlights as you will just blind other people. Projectors are a must with xenons.

For the white fogs try and get blue tinted bulbs, they will make the light look a lot whiter (autostyle sells bulbs like that if I am not mistaken)

I have blue tinted bulbs in my fogs in this pic

You can get eibach springs from autoquip. They have 20mm ones. Last time I priced for my car it was 2800 with fitment and alignment.

My Answers...

1) Depends on how you drive, For me & de@nO I think it would as we drive our cars hard... But then it also has a coolness factor when popping the bonnet.. - SO DO IT!!! Burgy has a few still in stock..

2) DOnt Do it.. Rather save & get a proper full set of like H&R coild & shocks...

3) You could fit a HID kit to the fogs, just aim them as low as possible.. Or just get a set of those "xenon" look bulbs..

4) I would also recommend BMW OEM BiXenons.. You would just need to find a 2nd hand set & swap them in... - DO IT!!!

1 Theory - stiffens up shell but in practice IMHO benefits will be felt on track days -too stiff and you feel every 5cent coin on the road .
2 Eibach springs -check their website-they are in Port Elizabeth .
3 Osram cool blue are nice and white .
4 Ditto above comments .
Good luck

I have a HID kit in my fogs. U can check how it will look but HID kit in normal reflector housings is a big no no. Ive seen a e46 with it and it really blinds others

HID Kit Fog

+1 on Eibach springs

1. strut brace also helps you towers from getting damaged by potholes and speed bumps ect...

2. i would not go that low unless you are prepared to keep some ramps in the boot for when you get stuck...
