Just been test driving used cars for a week. DAMN! the rubbish used car sellers try feed us....shoe!
1) It's interesting that many people "think" their car is a few years newer that the model actually is. " I bought it in 2002, so it's a 2002 model"
2) My definition of an imaculate car is "looks and works like the day it left the factory" In Cape Town most sellers definition of imaculate is " It has four wheels that turn, and the bumpers are still on it"
3) If I hear one more "old lady" bullshit story I am going to bitch slap the sayer!
4) The car I finally bought was the first one out of about 18 that didn't "lie" to me, the dealer seller said he honestly knew nothing about it, and didn't claim to either. Nobody had tried to dress it up, and nothing was hidden, even the normal wear and tear dirt inside. Got it home looked in the service book to discover it had been dealer serviced it's whole life, never missed a service ever, and had good $ spent on it. With the dirt gone cleaned up beautifully, and I got an awesome deal.
