So I had an accident - Update

Well guys after 3 years of driving and a perfect record I had an accident at about 3:30 this afternoon.

I was traveling home from college and I wanted to turn left into Jan Smuts from Gordon,
when an elderly lady in a Honda Civic comes out of a service road and hits me smack on my left side.

There was a yield sign on the service lane so I clearly had right of way.

I'm quite Pissed but what can I do when it wasn't my fault.

I can just imagine how you must feel! I would be furious! But main thing is nobody was hurt! Car is not too badly damaged and as LZ said, the fact that it's new they will simply replace the doors and side skirt - maybe left rear wheel and tyre too?! Then the rear wheel arch will of course need a respray... Basically needs to be fixed to your satisfaction!! :thumbs:

BMW said that they will give me a replacement when my car goes in for the repairs

That is a heartbreaker man, so sorry to see this. Only a month and a 1000km is just wrong. Repair it, take the knock and get a new one, u deserve to have another, this is just too new! Too new.... Let it go, sorry about it though.
