Shock absobers E46 318ti(compact)

I know this has been covered before but i can’t seem to find the thread. I was advised by Supa quick in Lenasia that my front left shock is leaking and my back shocks are too stiff. I would like to change my front shocks first therefore i would like to find out which brand I should go for, prices and are there any other places besides Supa quick who would do this for me. Maybe a fanatic has spotted a store running a promotion on shocks im based in JHB? Please assist

personally i would go for munroe or gabriel gas riders but prefer munroe. if you want oem or close then go for bilstein or sachs.
