Servicing modded cars out of motorplan

Hey guys! Ok so first off my car just and I mean just got off motor plan
Iv been waiting for a long time for this, have big plans for her. I know you guys must be thinking wait until the service bills start rolling in but the car is happy and healthy touch wood, hence my decision to hold onto to her for a little while longer.A couple of months ago it felt like there would be no life after motor plan lol but it really does feel good.now the fun really begins... :joy:

Anyways with regards to servicing outside motorplan,I have a vehicle inspection due and the actuator needs replacing. I was just curious as to how many guys send their modded cars (out of motorplan of course ) in to the dealerships and has there ever been any problems encountered?? I'm not that keen on servicing the car any where else other than bm and personally,I really don't see there being any issues since I'm paying for it :flyfun: just interested to hear your guys thoughts on the matter..

Here at BMW Fanatics we dont do dealerships (generally cause they are so busy doing us).

We send out Beemers to Rick540 who is the BMW aficionado of this forum.

Out of MP, you will have no issues with your dealer. They will fix and repair as long as you pay modded or not. If your insurance is still with BMW finance you may have an issue with them. Other than that let the modding begins.

Have a chat with Rick as well. The 335 is not unfamiliar to him.

The costs out of motorplan at the agents can become extreme, but if you are happy with their service so far it cannot do any harm at all to insist on a quote before they start replacing stuff.
