Service , what to check or replace at 100k on F30 320i LCI

Hi guys

So our F30 320i LCI has reached 100 000kms , we have extended the motor plan .

What should I request the dealership check or replace?

Any preventative maintenance stuff etc? It has the B48 engine . Does this car have timing chain / guide issues ? Can I ask them to change the diff fluid ?

I don't have much experience with the F30s
