Service manual or workshop manual

Hi Guys

So I decided to rebuild my 2005 e90 320d engine myself after a broken ring and seeing that it is out of warranty

I need help with find a service guide or workshop manual with the torque settings etc for the engine bolts

if anyone has a link it would be much appreciated

Hi. Were are u based and when will you be doing this.
Torque setting can get from the internet.
Reason I am asking is if I'm avail I would like to come help out to learn.
I have the same car and always wanting to learn more abt the car.

I know a little abt cars.

Ive searched the net for the settings an was not able to find the link

Im in Durban

I have the engine stripped on the floor awaiting the spares to arrive.

maybe it's a prob with your browser. I tried it now with Mozilla firefox (latest version). It works fine. try it maybe

Google Motorbooks.co.za get their number and they will sort you out for around 500 bucks or try autozone(might be more expensive) they carry the haynes manuals as well. I have used the books on both my x-e36 and current e46.

So i bought the haynes manual for e90 this weekend at the cars in the park show at zwartkops raceway, boy am i dissapointed, but i will have to live with it.
Trying to find info on the web is frustrating, but it helps, and after a couple of nights searching might pay off rewards

Just an update so after searching the uk forums i did find some helpful info

As it stands ive striped the entire engine down the crank is gone in for polishing and the block for a rebore has I could not find the original size pistons other than from bmw at a crzy rate

Glow plugs i found at R152 each from a supplier on the net

The Bently manual is much more in dept in my opinion from what ive seen
