I'm no E90 boffin but I would imagine a major service entails:

Fuel filter
Oil filter
Air filter
Cabin filter
Oil change
Oil breather
Have a beer
Check brakes
Check belts
Spark plugs...? (dieselhead here)
...

Yip all the above, not sure if a 323 has oil breather, don't think so.

Flush and replace both the brake fluid and the coolant.
Curious to know why you would change the coolant on a service?

150,000 kms probably never been done and is considered items that you would do as part of a major service.

Well at least in my mind.

Could actually add gearbox and diff oil replacement to the list too.

oil filter, fuel filter and air filter... a wise man once recommended to me it is best to get OEM parts.

Other parts looks at goldwagen, g-drive and for bigger parts consider incomex, meyco
