Service Engine Light still On E90 320i 2006

Guys i changed my oil today with Castrol Edge and the check oil indicated okey but the service light is still on . Does it mean that i have to change spark plugs , and break pads too

Looks like you have bigger problems bud..

You should get the codes on the car scanned for that check engine light.

It's the Check service Menue so it shows also the engine light . The engine hasn't been started it's just on

Once you do a service, you suppose to reset the service period to clear the error message
