Selling price on my M5

Hey boys.

Hope you all well. Looking to sell my M5. its a 2013 with 98k on the clock plan until May 2018.

Is fully spec'd less sound system.

cant have 2 fast cars sitting in the garage. what should be a reasonable selling price?

Just had her fully polished and all road rash repaired so car looks brand new and also just had all the wheels redone.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Funny enough i was just browsing Autotrader having a look at M5's for fun, they appear to be selling around +/- R550 000.

I see a BMW dealership has one for R539K with 78000kms

Yeah R500-R550K would be a realistic selling price

There are quite a few for sale with the same ballpark mileage for all around the same mark as stated here.

Saw a nice sub 10k KMs one for sale but it is an older year model - car must never have been driven, the lower mileage ones appear to be btween 700-800k.

thanks guys, ye seen ranging of R500 to R550k, but I bet mine is cleaner. just had it all redone and wheels done. I rate I'm gonna sell mine for R550k. and if someone from the Forum wants it, I still have all my old upgrades for my 14 M5 sitting in the garage which I will throw into the deal :smilebounce:

I sold my '14 M5 last week with 54k kms for 630k to a dealership as I needed cash quick for another property.

I'm sure you can get close to that if selling privately.

Seen a couple in the 500-550 range with stories... but yes that's the ballpark. Some are clean though. If a guy is a serious buyer and has been looking at these for a while, if yours is as good as you say you should be able to get a little bit more (or at least limit negotiation). If you have the time go see a couple of the ones advertised in that range to get an idea yourself. Been tempted myself to trade for a CP seeing pricing helping a mate shop, but I also want to be ready to buy the f90 when the time is right without getting in too deep...

was also considering a F90, but also do not want to get in to deep, my car has no comments and it pretty damn clean so I should get to the 550 range.

I should have it back tomorrow and I will post it up on the forum for sale.

Mods are already sold lol a mate put it on his 14 M5 and got 440wkw and 850nm.
