I'm also a bit boring on colour combo's, but the red interior with the black car looks grand! Looking forward to hearing more comparing the 335i to the 330d. The F30's seemed a big jump up on the e90's with regards to refinement.
Congrats on a great car.

Been doing some driving of late, and I must say I do miss the 335:fencelook:. I think I miss the sound of the 335 and it's character. I'll give this one a chance and see how it does.

So this weekend got down to fitting the Anti S&G.
sorry for the dirty :fencelook:

I would like your input on the differences between the two cars. Economy, performance etc. :smilebounce:

Between the 328 & 330d?
328 is a 2.0l and underrated in my opinion. When driven in Eco-pro it's economical and has good power throughout, but when you unleash it's full potential, it is a little beast. I have had some good fun with this car, whereby it held it's own against some stronger cars. Maybe one day, I can get more power out of it.

330d is just a torque monster, tyre shredder. Power is available in all modes. In Comfort and Sport mode, it has that grunt and feels strong. It's very economical, I only use eco-pro when in bad traffic, but normally i'm in comfort mode. I'm content with the power of this car.

We've lined up both cars, and the outcome has always been the same, 330d takes it on short runs. On longer runs, the 328 feels stronger and it seems like it doesn't run out of steam. (need to do more longer runs :smilebounce:)

I have an e90 330d,the 328i is actually my father's car. I would be extremely keen to meet up and compare?

Where are you from OP? I live in Centurion.

Around Fourways wouldn't mind testing for scientific reasons :smilebounce:
