Mine does not build up sooot, despite not being far out, then again I wash my car weekly, and before the straight pipes, whenever I washed it, it did sometimes have some soot spots here and there.

You still have your DPF, soot build up would be minimal for you :rollsmile:

Correct - they stick out a little to prevent the soot build up :thumbs:

Put the windows down and took the car for a spin now, I can hear the Turbo quite clearly, and with my foot down it does not sound like a tractor :thumbs:
