Hi All,
As posted elsewhere, I will write a review after a few months of ownership.
However, after getting queries from fellow fanatics on the car's specs, here is a detailed list of the specs for now.
2013 911 (991.1) Carerra S PDK
Guards Red with black leather interior
As standard, the car comes with:
- 3.8 litre flat 6.
- 294kw/440Nm
- PASM (adaptive damping) with 10mm lower suspension
- PTV Plus (Porsche Torque Vectoring rear diff lock)
- Larger brakes with red calipers over the base Carerra - see below

List of factory fitted options:
- Park Assist (front and rear);
- Sport Design package (also called Aero Kit: front lip and rear ducktail);
- Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK);
- Sport Chrono Package;
- 20-inch Carrera Classic wheels (on Michelin PS4s);
- Wheel Caps in colour;
- Wheel spacers 5mm;
- Cruise control;
- Sports seats Plus (4-way, electric) - has more side bolstering - see picture below:

- Seat belts in Guards Red;
- Sport Design steering wheel with paddles;
- Porsche crest embossed on head restraints; - Mobile phone preparation (Bluetooth calls and music);
- Porsche Communication Management (PCM) including navigation module with universal audio interface
The car does not have PSE (Porsche Sports Exhaust). The standard system sounds pretty good so far.
Ultrafit PPF XP Crystal and ceramic coating were applied recently by LVL2 in Midrand. Fact sheet attached
Car pictures below

Further insights into driving and ownership experience to follow.
In the meantime, this video (even though it is on a 4S and not a 2S), will provide some interesting comparison into how an 11 year old 991.1 stacks up against a similarly priced, new M240i.
