That's what I'm thinking. And decide when I get there if I'll track my car or not. Depends on time I guess.

Ooooh do track it! Hey... Why not set up a little convoy for the Joburg guys heading down there

I'm only back in town around 12 or so, so not quite sure how to arrange anything or what time I may get there. So I might just take a cruise down and see what's what. Haven't been on a track for a while. But very keen lol

I can't speak for the others, but it really depends on how the day goes, anything North of average would mean a full day for me as I would like to get the most out of my coin.

Best give me a call before you head down.

Have not seen you on here in ages Bugger, hope to meet you in person.. and re-live some of our Forza events

Life mate. Life and work take their toll and before you know it two years have passed by. Some of those Forza experiences were epic. Haha. Well if it goes on for the better part of the day I may just pop down and watch at the very least.

Count me in as a spectator.

I will bring my braai tongs too.

Also, will bring my camera.

Cool, looking forward to meeting you guys.

You better bring meat with those Braai tongs, l'll probably be hungry after driving your butt around the track

Gents, for anyone who's not sure, it's really not as daunting as it may seem, it's just about having some fun! You can basically go around the track at a pace you are comfortable with, no need to push too hard or anything like that, if there are faster guys, they respect the rules, and if need be will overtake on the straight as you are only allowed to overtake on straights.:coolShake:

Yip, agree... Problem is, I can't go slow on a track.

Yeah most guys who do this regularly know the etiquette at least, so usually you're pretty safe.

I'm just worried about my MP and my brand new tyres.... :fencelook:

honestly the drive to the track is more dangerous than being at the track

yes the speeds are higher at the track but it is a controlled environment you not going to be taken out by a taxi or truck on the track at an intersection while tracking your car

you will also find drivers give you space if you slow no one wants an accident to end their day early and people drive accordingly
