In the past 6 months at least 5 non runner msport e46's have come up for sale on fb marketplace for 20 to 25 k. Be patient and have the cash on hand you might even get lucky and pick up a car in the same colour as yours.

As a bonus you can then put your old parts on the donor car and sell it on for nearly as much as you paid for the donor car.

Keep in mind most people just want to get rid of a non runner so go with cash and start with a ridiculous low offer and they just might suprise you and take it.
