Apparently, Germany has a lower accident rate and a lower fatality rate than SA, despite their autobahns with no speed limit...

What I mean is that the goverment is more worried about people that are speeding, I understand that speeding is illegal but they have bigger problems, that they are the people that pay thier taxes instead of worring about the real crime that is going on like rapes and murders.

problem is that the r21 was exciting with all the roadworks, accidents and traffic before the etoll. now that its a wide open long road, we have to make it exciting otherwise you fall asleep. falling asleep at the wheel is worse than speeding. right?
