power upgrade 323i

As far as I know ..when wanting to modify my 323i . The injectors , intake manifold and exhaust were different . Software too of course to a 325i. RGM was what I considered as they gave it more power than a 325i with there exhaust and intake upgrade along with re mapping. The price wasn't bad! . (Saw the cars performance graph on their website). Good luck:thumbs:

I owned a 2009 e90 325i and let me tell you this. Lovely car and built for the long highway. E90 325i can kiss my ass. They are very lazy on pull away and they guzzle fuel14L/100km is no joke. When fuel price went up I went shopping. First up was an E90 330d :bravo: :inlove: .

Then the F30 320d. And yes the E90 has more power but the F30 was magic with its 8spd auto and I could afford it so I sold my soul to the dark side :inlove:Since I have experienced a 320d I am happy. And when motorplan is finished you can get lots more power for your money.

I am talking from experience. Take my advice and dont waste your money to get a 323 or 325 faster. Rather sell add the money for mods and sell your soul to the dark side(e90 330d or F30 320d)

There is a post in one of my threads where I kaked out some of the people giving me the "rather buy a faster car" bit. In hindsight, it's not all bad. Sell your 323 for 120 add 18 and buy a 325 (example) or go 320d. Great acceleration fuel consumption and running potential  and 177kw on the 323 is a stretch I think...

Yip, that is why now that I have one, I'm sold!:inlove:

Of course the best "music" is a well-tuned E30 325i or 325iS :bravo:

I get logical reasons for going the tractor route, but even though my 323 cannot/does not pull like a train down low, I'm not so put off that I'd want to sell to jump into 320d. The hassle/headache of finding the matching spec/year within budget isn't one I'd want to go through, rather get the 320d from the get go.
I love the sound of the smooth motor, the car can easily do + 230, and MSport suspension is perfectly matched to the power (I think too soft for 335i/330d). As long as you don't expect it to be a rocket, the car's great, just add exhaust and intake :)

I think the 323i is more of a rocket than the 320d ..., and the title of the post is 323i power UPgrade.:fencelook:
