So far the 335i is leading the votes.
Thanks for all the advice and thoughts gentlemen. Re-affirming thoughts that I have already thought and re-thought, then analysed and re-analysed. Yes, sleepless nights.
I dont want to make a mistake, and that has me over-thinking every tiny little detail.
I know both of these cars will make me very happy in their own way which makes it that much more challenging to decide.

I must say the thing leaning me towards the 335i is the general cleanliness and upkeep of the car.
I will try and upload the 2 interior pics of the different cars for all to see.

the 335i interior does look neater. i think the condition of the 135i steering spoils it. you can always get that fixed.
what extras does each car have?
pdc? BT? USB? comfort access? radio model?
are u happy to drive auto?

Both cars have very similar extra's. Neither has PDC or auto lights and wipers.
They both have NAV with pro radio's, I think they both have logic 7 stereo's. Xenon's obviously with headlamp washer systems, m-sport, Bluetooth with phone pairing etc.
Then the 135i has the sunroof where the 335i doesn't.
That's basically the only difference, and manual vs auto.
I don't mind the auto seen as I change gears all day everyday in my corsa Bakkie, this is purely a weekend/gym car.
The manual is more involving and I can throttle blip which makes me smile! Ha! Ha! True story.
But the basic specs are just about the same on the cars hey.

Sunroof for me is meh, I hardly ever use mine, extra weight in the worst place on a car.
If I bought my car new I would've never had checked that option
but I'm hardcore that way :=):
