Overcoat peal - 1 Owner

Guys

My left fender is slightly pealing its clear coat. I am the second owner and know the previous owner as a friend, should I take it back to BMW. Does this not fall under the lifetime warranty on paint?

strange - what does friend say, it must have been resprayed some time.

If no paint on it, then it should be covered yea.
