My advice would be to take it to some one like racing snake or some one whom the forum suggests.

Why are you having to find the problem with your car if it is at your mechanics. What is the point of a mechanic then? Just to fit parts?

Hi, I have respect to any mechanic. If he is BMW specialist or mechanic he can work on all makes of cars. The point is to find solution to the problem.
What I can think is no one has problem like this one. That why is difficult for anyone to come with solution.
Only one option I can think about is to fit new oil gear with new cover.
That mean for me new oil gear kit doesn't help me from first time.
Thank you for reply.

You can't keep replacing parts randomly and hoping it will fix your problem. You don't know what the problem is, so take it to racing snake who has already offered to look at the car. Otherwise you will be just wasting time and money at a mechanic who does not know what he is doing.

it is very difficult to try diagnose a problem like this without it in front of you...

this is most definitely not a normal problem so I doubt there is anyone on here who has had the same problem...

at a wild guess I would say maybe the siphon tube is blocked or not sealing properly and so the pump cant make suction... you have already rebuilt the pump...

Hi, to everyone
May can help someone to find solution.
Oil pump gear is fitted inside the back cover of the timing chain. The pump is sealed with cover. When we fit the cover including the pump on the sump and we tested on the floor with the same quantity of oil should be on the engine. We spin the oil pump manually and still no sucking oil at all from the pick up.
May I can understand may be is not same speed of the engine when is turning. But is the way also to prime the oil pump.
Any where I tow my car to another bmw specialist when other one fail to find the problem including engeneering done the job too. Lets hope the last one find solution. Thank you.

On this way the pump should pump oil from sump. But is not. Why?
