Oil in water 320d e90 163bhp

I have a e90 320d with m47 engine my oil light came on and it wasnt leaking anywhere so i checked my water and it was full of oil i drain it and there was about 2 litres i thought was oil cooler so i replaced and i have drove 20 mile and oil like came back on and water is full Of oil again, what is the possibility this could be oil filter housing or is this the head gasket

Do these cars have an engine oil cooler or something like that ? That might be leaking.

Yes they have a oil cooler and i have change it with a new one but i didnt change the housing the cooler attaches to and i was thinking about that but only problem is i have no lose of power and car starts no bother so gasket might still be sealing the cylinders but not the oil ports
