Oil around turbo

Hi all

Noticed today on my F30 328i oil around the turbo and looks like has been slowly dripping onto subframe. Will take it to BMW to check as it is still on motor plan. Wondering if anyone has experienced this? Car is 2014 with 48k km now.

Thanks

Had a similar problem on a X5 3.0sd. Noticed a few oil drops on the paving but car was running fine. Took it in to BMW, they made me change the diesel line (only to realize later it wasn't the issue). Took it back to them after noticing more oil, they then quoted me to replace both turbos.

Took it to an 'alternative' repair shop (by this time one of the turbos was failing). Ended up reconning a turbo and re-doing some of the turbo pipe work due to oil seeping into the system.

Car running fine now but I wouldn't ignore an oil leak. Lucky you're still on M/Plan :=):

Just some feedback.. took car into BMW and they said it was the return oil pipe from the turbo. After they changed pipe there was still an oil leak. They have been checking and now they say it is a vacuum pipe they need to change.

Now to me that doesn't sound correct. Why would there be an oil leak from a vacuum pipe? unless I'm missing something..
