I have to arrest you :locked: and take you the nearest saps, open a docket and bail needs to be set. uke:
then a court date will be set for you to show up and plead your case. :blah:
The officer on the scene has freedom of discretion, so it is up to him if he wants to arrest you,
or make you remove it and check up on you, or have you report to his office the next day to inspect the car. :shocked:

I come back to my old saying: Keep it legal, keep yourself out of situations like that then you dont have to get a knot in your stomach everytime you see a vehicle of the law.

Got pulled over tonight in Jozi for not having either number plate on. If he wasn't knocking off, the Metro cop said, he'd be booking me in on the spot.
